Allison is an accredited CBT/sfDBT Psychotherapist with at least 15 years of experience. She offers Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Dialectic Behaviour Therapy  as a psychological therapeutic treatment approach and many other evidence base approaches. She has worked as a Psychotherapist in the NHS and private practice settings for many years, using a range of different therapy approaches, more recently qualifying and specialising in CBT practice. Allison is a highly qualified therapist, including being qualified as a Supervisor to other therapists.

Allison has a sliding scale depending on client presentation and the modality used with the client. Allison will have a collaborative discussion with you first  at which time appropriate fees will be establish. If the client is an agency referral she agrees payment procedures prior to accepting the referral.

Banding: from £60 to £120 ( note: Allison is also a supervisor and these are also her supervision fees)

This is why all therapists join as members, have signed a contract to use the therapy room, and are expected to keep up to date with their Professional Memberships, Insurance and Continuing Professional Development as appropriate.
